On Your Mark Community Rooms and Policy and Procedures

The following rooms are availble for various functions. Please read through their descriptions and determine the best suitability for your event or function. All requests will be subject to availability and review by the Event Director. Please feel free to come to the center to view any areas of the facility you may have interest in. Once you have reviewed the rooms please select the Reserve a Room button at the end of this page to navigate to the request form.
If you notice that a room or any of the equipment related to that room poses a safety problem or appears to be in need of repair please fill out the Work Order Form so that we are alerted and can respond accordingly. Thank You.

FIRST FLOOR

MAIN LOUNGE - Located on the first floor directly aacross from the main entrance of the building. This room holds xxx people and is ideal for meetings, training classes, small parties, small program activities, etc. It is equipped with a TV, Wii, DVD player and stereo system. Food and beverages are allowed in this room.

Classroom 1 - Located on the main floor through the hallway to the left. Great for small meetings, traiing classes, small group activities and accomodates approximately 12 people with tables and 16 with chairs only.

Small Lounge - Located on the main Fllor through the hallway to the right. Accomodates 8 people and best suited for small formal meetings . All other events require prior approval. No food or beverages allowed in this room.

Computer Room - Located on the main floor through the hallway to the right. This room as 6 computers and a table for 4. This room is used only for computer related activities. No food or beverages allowed in this room.

 

SECOND FLOOR

Music Room A & B - Located on the second floor on your left when you enter the hallway. This room is primarily used for music class but can host small meetings, lectures, or musical concerts. it can be broken into two rooms but it is recommended to used as one based on design and size. Approval must be given to have food and beverage in this room.

 

Resource Room - Located on the second floor to your right. This room is primarily used for Staff Training and as an information room for all employees. It holds a maximum of 13 people. Approval must be given to serve food and beverages.

Art RoomHorticulture Room - Located on the second floor to your right overlooking the roof. This is a large, multi-purpose room for meetings, luncheons, special classes, etc.

GYMNASIUM

Located passed the reception desk through the door and down the stirs. The Gymnasium is a multi-function room and can accomodate sports activities, large parties with DJ's, seminars, and training sessions. Food and beverage is permitted. Slide projector available.

 

LOWER LEVEL

Pool - Located on the lower level. The pool is used for organized programs and can only be used when scheduled and requires a lifeguard. There is an ajoining locker room with showers, toilets and a changing area. No food or beverage is permitted in the pool area.

Fitness Center - Located on the lower level. The fitness room is used for organized programs and can only be used when scheduled and with the fitness instructor present on site. Bottled water is permitted. No food.
